The Level 4 Diploma is a Higher Apprenticeship programme which is funded by Welsh Government. The programme aims to develop management and leadership skills and techniques through a mixed assessment approach, providing a qualification that is highly valued within education and internationally recognised across all sectors of industry.

Who is this qualification designed for ?

Middle managers with responsibility for substantial programmes and/or resources who are looking to progress in their career within the Education sector. It develops skills in relation to managing people, strategic planning, strategic change and designing business process to drive improvements and subsequently improve performance. The qualification is ideal for individuals who are just starting out within middle management or experienced middle leaders seeking to progress on to a more senior role.
