Overview

The Level 3 Diploma is an Apprenticeship programme designed for those looking to take the first steps into line management and for those who already have some management responsibilities. The combined knowledge and competency-based qualification will build and develop new skills to enhance management careers.

This programme of study is ideal for teaching staff who are new to or aspiring into their first team leader or management role and provides an introduction to management principles whilst developing key skills to develop as a manager.
