For learners who wish to build on the skills introduced in this course, there is the opportunity to progress onto our fully funded Level 4 Diploma in Project Management qualification.
This qualification enables learners to deepen their knowledge, apply project management principles in the workplace and gain a nationally recognised qualification, with structured support throughout the programme. It is ideal for those looking to take on greater project responsibility or formalise their experience in project delivery.

Course delivery
At Portal we understand the demands of modern work life. We know that your work commitments, project deliverables, and team responsibilities require careful balance. That’s why we’ve shaped a flexible learning approach that allows you to hone your skills without having to compromise your ongoing commitments.
This half-day (3.5-hour) course is delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams. Learners can book as individuals onto open sessions alongside participants from a range of organisations and sectors, or organisations can book a dedicated group session for up to 10 colleagues.
- Short courses can be completed individually or grouped together to form a bespoke CPD package
- For organisations booking for cohorts of 10, course delivery, content and duration can be tailored on initial consultation
Fees for this qualification are subject to VAT. We welcome both individual learner bookings and organisation bookings, with invoicing available for employers placing group bookings.
